Custom View Exteriors is a well established, locally owned business. We are expanding and have an immediate need for Receptionists. You will be the first point of contact for our company and must have excellent customer service skills. Pay is determined by skill and experience.


Requirements:

  • Experience as a Receptionist or Office Management
  • Highly skilled in Customer service
  • Professionally handle calls and emails, documenting, directing, and following up.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Professional attitude in working with management, staff and customers
  • Skilled written and verbal communication.
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • High school degree
  • Additional certification in Office Management is helpful.
